M Unif baby pink shiny faux leather baby super short mini skort

Note: labeled size is L!!! But actually fits like M - see notes below. An old school unif GEM! Super short skort! Fits super tight for L, waist measures 15” lying flat and has very minimal to no stretch. 2” inseam. Length is 12” from top of waist to bottom edge. Slight discoloration on inner bottom part (pictures) NEVER WORN!!! Was always a bit too tight on me unfort :(
