@malula13 hi! I’m sorry it took so long to see your comment. I think it’s a wool feeling/polyester mix. It makes me a little itchy when I wear it because I am a bit sensitive to materials like that but let me see if I’m able to find the original listing for it.

@unusualdays there is some pilling. I don’t think it looks brand new since it has been washed. Since it’s wool the pilling is not too difficult to remove in my experience. I think the arm is where it happened for me. I’ll add photos of it before I combed it and then after. You can also gently use a razor in areas you find some bothersome.
