I am the second owner of this garment and I don’t exactly know why the tag is slit, but from a little bit of research, it was purchased at a discount and upon inspection I can’t find even a single thread out of place This does come from a cat friendly and a black garment you are going to need to why the price is so decent because I just think she deserves to be worn and I’m too small these days
