MADEWELL Button-up cap sleeve blouse

I loved this shirt so much until I accidentally dried it and it shrunk! It's already shrunk now so I'd recommend this for someone in a size Large or bigger medium. It is a quality material (Madewell!) and has some stretch. Super feminine. I bought this around two years ago.
