What’s the measurement across the top of the waistband and rise? Thank you!

@laceyjohnson700 hi! When I measure the waistband from left to right it’s about 15.5inches. I would say these are true to size for anyone who is a 26/27 jean. The full length of the shorts is 13in medium rise.
