Genuine suede leather with shearling lining. The strap has a buckle that makes the incredibly comfy shoes easy to walk in. I would also say that because it's adjustable, if you are a size 9 or 10 you can probably fit into these nicely. 3 3/4" wood heel with platform. Rubber sole **please see pic of the rear of the shoes for imperfections from the back** Scuff marks or a discoloration on the left heel mostly, and some on the right one. Priced accordingly.
