This dress is new. Vintage Maggie Breen & a size M. States a 10 on the tag & $195. The shoulders are padded/puffy, but the pads are visible so should be easy to remove. Zip back. Pretty rust satin lining. Black tulle/mesh at the lower area. Approx 43" long from shoulder to hem. Bust area approx 18" across. Zip back. The 'mark' lower right appears to have been the lay of the velvet/sun. Last picture shows that area. Great looking dress!
