Sheer type fabric with black slip sewn in under dress. Elastic at bottom of long sleeves, approximately 47 inches long from shoulder to hem. Pics do not do this dress justice, very pretty and nice quality dress! States to turn inside out to wash.it has been hand washed by myself once.
