jrb1974 @parisrobb I accidentally listed a couple things twice and had to cancel an order to someone because the items sold twice! I feel terrible! I'd like to let the second buyer know that this is my first time listing anything and didn't mean the mistake!

parisrobb @jrb1974 Hi Jennifer! Don't worry, it happens. As a seller, you may cancel an order before it is shipped. Click on your Account Tab Select My Sale Select Problems/ Order Inquiry Select Cancel Order Select reason for cancelation to cancel the order

parisrobb @jrb1974 Ines then send a message to that buyer and let them know why you had to cancel. Advise them you are getting in touch with Poshmark customer service to let them know.

parisrobb Again click on Your Account (bottom right) and go to Poshmark Support. Then to Poshmark Customer Service and send them an email. Include the order/ sale transactiion # . It may take up to a day or longer for them to get back to you but at least they know what's going on. Go ahead and print out label for first sale and ship. Congrats on your sale!👍😃
