@shortstop002 H, Yes, ma'am it is brand new. There is no "seal" on these as of yet. This is how it ships straight from SG factory and/or warehouse. The company does seal the new packaging with Cctm. 😘 They haven't updated the foundation line as of yet. :) BTW, This is the color I use too and I have never had an issue. It has the amazing pump system that I love! Thank you and God bless!
