ginger_beer Hi @mk_dober -- Just wanted to send you a HUGE thank you for your chart explaining that 40 - 70% offers are rude. I've borrowed your chart and just refer people to it who just don't seem to get that. I had one woman who actually said "Why do you have to comment that my offer was too low? Why not just decline?"
