A stunning one of a kind 1970's dress designed by Rizkallah for Malcolm Starr. This esquisite detail has a mix of bright bold skirt patterning mixed with a simple navy blue sleeveless top accented by the thick glitter lace up front. Length 54". Underarm to underarm 18". Waist laid flat 14 3/4". Hips laid flat 24". There are a few light stains on the bottom striped bottom of the skirt. Also it should be noted that there is some light discoloration/fading around the underarm areas of the dress.
