In a perfect condition, worn literally 2 times. Cut the label with info - but do remember it has wool 👍🏻 bought abroad. On a short side, so be aware. I am tiny lady so it worked for me, would work for a teen as well. Goes well with a white blouse underneath for more official look 🔵⚪️

marinikol @shellysulliv909 hi! The measurements are 19.5 / 18 (i added the pictures for your reference). As for the material - it’s definitely wool + something else. Apologies but I cut that tag down long time ago cause it was scratching silk blouses I wore under the vest. I can try to look it up online.. but it’s warm for sure 😀 hope it helps. Thank you
