MANOUSH Polka Dot Multicolored Embroidered Maxi Dress with Velvet Detail

This Manoush Maxi Dress has served me beautifully through the years. I purchased this dress in Paris about 5 years ago. It has been loved and treated with care. I recommend getting it dry cleaned every few times you wear it. The quality of craftsmanship in this dress is obvious the first time you see it. There are velvet details - an empire band and cuffs - and even tiny velvet covered buttons at the wrist. The netting, hand-sown pleats, and hand-embroidered polka dots in shades of red, yellow, pink, blue, and gold combine playfulness with elegance. You will notice - if you look verrrrry closely - that some of the dots have a loose thread or two. You can simply trim them back as you wear the dress throughout the years. The dress has a removable full body slip dress to wear with it - or you can change up what you are wearing underneath to change the color palette or make it more risqué.
