New without tags, no box, there is a nick/scuff on the inside of right heel and inside edge of left heel, there is a pin prick size gouge on the inside edge of the right footbed near the heel, there is some slight scuffing on the left heel, and some minor scuffing on bottom of soles from in-store handling and/ or transport.
