thehellokitty Hi what do you mean ny the zipper pull is missing on the side? is something wrong with the zipper or the side strap youre saying?

misskait24 @thehellokitty there are two zippers. One zipper pull is gone but there is a loop it can still be used

thehellokitty Oh you mean the zipper piece? You can still pull the zipper but the zipper handle piece is gone? Is the loop broke? Do you think I can add a zipper piece and close it back? Any way you can add a photo so I can understand correctly? Id appreciate it😊

misskait24 @thehellokitty yes sorry for the confusion. The zipper still works. There is a loop ring attached so you can still open and close it without any issues. I added a photo for reference. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
