Triangoli single earrings designed by Marina B.
This single dangle earring, was made in Milano Italy by the jewelry house of Marina Bvlgari, back in the 1978. The earring is part of the Triangoli collection and was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with very high polished finish. The design is composed by multiples equilateral triangles. The single earring is fitted at the reverse with gold posts for pierced ears and a hinged omega back for fastening clip.
Please note that this lot is made up of a single earring. Nowadays, the combination of different earrings is very fashionable, such as a stud accompanied by a long one. Fashion is very trendy and is currently very rooted. Widely used by artists and fashion icons. Additionally, this piece could be used as a pendant on a chain or necklace.
Triangoli Collection
“Triangoli”, translating to triangles in Italian, was born out of a considerable lot of triangular-shaped diamonds that were presented to Marina in 1978 by a gem dealer in Antwerp. The Triangoli collection highlights Marina’s obsession with geometry and symmetry. She was immediately inspired by the triangular cuts and knew exactly how she wanted to use them. Her first creation was the Triangoli collar, a divine piece that would grow to be one of her favorites. Today, Creative Director Guy Bedarida resurfaces the Triangoli collection, embracing Marina’s original style while curating a High Jewelry collection fit for today.
