MARKARIAN Eartha Gown in Blue Sequin

Stunningggggg,classic, sequined gown by Markarian. Halter neck, open back. ( I made back slightly lower than the original) Has a few of the sequined little pieces on the bottom part of dress sticking out and some minor discoloration (posted photo) hence the extra discount. Can be easily cut and fixed at seamstress! I am 5'4 for height reference.
