jhull1965 @hwolensky I went ahead and started the process. Poshmark will review and contact us. I tried but can’t find anyone who fixes zippers in my small town.

hwolensky @jhull1965 if you can just make sure to send back all pieces of the zipper that would be great. I bought it directly from Marmot and it is under warranty- Ill send it back to them for repair

jhull1965 @hwolensky I will. The piece is in the zipper pocket. When my husband looked at it he thought it looked like it had been crushed possibly slammed in a door?

hwolensky @jhull1965 ok perfect. I bought it direct from marmot and have my receipt so it should be covered. I guess it’s possible that it got caught when it was hanging in the coat closet by one of my kids? But I feel like I would have noticed. I assume the box was not damaged? Sorry again for the hassle

hwolensky @jhull1965 l know! There current colors are pretty blah. (I own the coat in orange/copper which is also a retired color). Happy to let you know when its repaired if you are still interested- not sure how long it will take them

hwolensky @jhull1965 I see that poshmark denied the claim for some reason (they never reached out to me). Would you be willing to work together and get it back to marmot to be fixed? Happy to set it all up

jhull1965 @hwolensky I’m really confused as to why they denied this return. I did find one place here and she said she would repair the zipper. It’s will cost about $50.00. I’m going to do that I think. I appreciate your willingness to help but I’m not really happy with Poshmark.

hwolensky @jhull1965 nor should you be. It’s sort of crazy. My offer still stands if your local place doesn’t work out I am more than happy to reach out to marmot and we can get the coat to them to repair.
