Cocktail ring designed by Mauboussin.
This is an exceptional vintage cocktail ring, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Mauboussin, back in the 1970. This stunning and rare cocktail ring, was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and is embellished with one gorgeous cabochon of coral which is surrounded by sixty white colorless diamonds.
Coral: Mounted in the center with multiples prongs, with 1 oval cabochon cut (25 x 17 x 7.5 mm) of a natural salmon pink coral of 24.46 carats by formula.
Diamonds: Mounted around the coral in double prongs settings and at the sides in a French pave setting, with 60 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of about 4.20 carats, White colorless E/F color, VS-1 clarity.
Weight: 14.95 grams (9.58 Dwt).
Size: 7 and may be sized up or down on special request.
Measurements: From the top view 29 mm by 23 mm (1.14 x 0.91 Inches) and raise 10 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with beautiful French marks; the head of the eagle for the warranty and the assay of the 18kt gold, the maker's maitre mark, Ste T., inside a lozange cartouche and signed in full, "MAUBOUSSIN PARIS .750".
