Love everything about this dress. . . . maxi length with a tiered skirt, elastic smocking at the waist and sleeves create a fitted silhouette with cozy softness. Flattering blue and white pattern, deep V neckline. This does run a little bit small, so would be a medium - large. More fitted through the bust. NWOT, no flaws.
