I went to the hdsa.org site and read about Huntingtons. I am sorry you have this. You do not mention how long it has been active or where you are at with this disease. It is ok if you do not want to share. I am very aware that this is VERY personal. If you do not want to talk about any of this here, pop on over to the page we were on yesterday. We can chat about this or last nights party or what ever you like. :-)

Esp. When it comes to being a active member for their Clinical Trials!
I was Diagnosed just recently! And had to leave my Full Time job as A Nurse of 17 years in the Emergency Room! So yes it has been Life Changing for me!
As for where I am at with the Disease is the very Early Symptoms which usu. start between ages 40-50 years of age. I'm 42 but my CAG repeat is low. I'm a CAG repeat of 43 so the Disease will progress at a slower rate than with someone with a Higher Repeat! My symptoms are subtle. Meaning they are there but looking at me you could never tell! But it's the Cognitive part that has started for me causing me to Retire Early!
