MEET THE SELLER: Hi, I’m Karen. I hear they describe New Yorkers as “kind,” but not “nice.” I fit that bill. I won’t hesitate to give you the shirt off my back, but my words are direct, honest, and rarely sugar coated. Dogs > Cats. (Kids are even further down the list. #teamnobabies) There’s really no room for debate. Dogs win. That said, most items I sell come from a pet friendly home. I am a breast cancer survivor. There’s not a lot to say about that other than E F F C A N C E R. Tops fit me a little different than most as I lost my Ds three years ago. Retired Roller Derby skater. My knees said “no más!” a couple years back. I still do my best to put my skates on a couple times a year. Lover of all things kitsch and vintage. I consider myself a maximalist, but not like the sexy aesthetic AI generates. I’m more about quirky and fun. I once heard the term “I-spy core” and quickly adopted the term as it lends a better understanding to my decorating style. I’m also a crazy plant lady. Don’t be surprised to see bits of my collection pop up in my listings.
