pvalentini Jenniffer, I feel just awful! I bought the striped bag at an upscale consignment store and it was marked new. I always check the condition of the bag b4 selling and writing a descriptiin. I failed you and Im sorry. Im never shopping there again. Is there anything I can do to make you happy? Refund half to you? Would u like to return it for refund and shipping costs?
