I didn't want to put it first because I don't like to let it define who I am but I've had extensive treatments so I figured I had to put it in there somewhere. Unfortunately cancer is rampant in my family. Yes it's very important to get mammograms, however it is even more important to do your self checks. I found my own lump and I had had a clean mammogram which is not uncommon unfortunately. Glad you're healthy, may you stay that way!

Besides taking the time to say thanks for the follow and the share, I'd like to not only congratulate you for beating the crap out of Cancer, but for being strong enough to actually get through the whole process leading up to the day you were Cancer free. I am disabled and I know how hard it is to keep going on some days, at your worst, knowing there is no cute for what you have. It's tedious and hard core on the mind unless you have the will, the prayer, and people who love you, surrounding you with positive energy. I'm happy to meet survivors of ANY KIND on Poshmark as we can all be uplifted by one another's stories and learn new things to give us motivation. Life shouldn't be spent fighting for it every second of every day so I'm glad to have "met" you now that you can enjoy each new day. No matter what the future holds, keep the faith, NEVER FORGET the superhuman inner strength you have and know there are many in this community whom will root for and support you. I think it's gone to his head. 😂😂😂 Teddy is 2.5 yrs--we've always had at least one old pug though, but we don't right now. Your pics bring back memories of lazier days with white chinned sweeties. teddypug4 I love all flat faces too, and Bostons are so sweet...I've had pugs since '98 and I'm partial to them bc that's who I've had. We're not fostering right now but have in the past. It's extremely rewarding. A deaf puppy! That must be challenging. T is difficult and he has his hearing! Extra energy. Good luck with your crew. 😊

sporcellino @teddypug4 yes even after 10 years of rescuing ones that are special needs and some don't stay with us that long, is always hard. They always take a little piece of your heart with you, but the joy they bring to your life while they're here is so great! I love rehabilitating dogs, it's my favorite thing in the world

sporcellino @teddypug4 I just saw your other comment. This is actually our second deaf dog and they actually are easier in some ways then one might expect. Dogs actually take a lot of time watching you for a visual clues before they listen to you. Once you train the dog to look at you and check in with you for commands it's almost like training and working with a hearing dog, it just takes a little longer and you do need a little more patience.

teddypug4 Yeah--I was about to say that what you are doing is so important. I read a blog posting about losing a dog in the Marking Your Territory blog. It talked about how sometimes parts of us die with each dog, but before they die each dog gives us all their wonderful qualities to use and carry on with. It was beautifully written and exactly captured the feeling of loss and unconditional love of a dog.

classygirl41 @sporcellino congratulations on kicking cancers butt. I'm also a cancer survivor although not breast cancer. I am a bipolar warrior and warrior with liver disease and more as if that's possible. I was healthy all my life then @ 34 it changed so i no longer take anything for granted and thank god i'm alive. This is an everyday uphill struggle for me personally between the bipolar, sleep apnea, liver disease etc etc. I just do my best because i'm also taking care of my mom that lives with me she's 71 and also disabled. madre54 Love your closet Boo! and am so glad that you kicked cancers butt!! Much fave cousin's little girl was diagnosed with leukemia when she was 3 and was cancer free by 5. Then my cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago. I walked that path with her every step of the way and she is now cancer free also. It's so hard to watch someone that you love go through something like that, but God is so good and she and her daughter are doing great.

miloandsparky I'm so glad to hear you're rescuing Bostons. We rescued ours too from a no-kill shelter. His name is Milo and he's 14 years old. He's the apple of my husband's eye. I wish I could say Milo had the energy of a 10 year old like your pup. He just sleeps and farts all day long, which is just fine by us😀. How do you keep your Bostons SO healthy and energetic?

sporcellino @miloandsparky I'm trying to remember but we have rescued 10 and 11 Boston's over the years and will continue to keep doing so. I have found that they all seem to have their own energy level. However sometimes when they first come they're a little shy and reserved and they get a little more energy as they fit into our routine. Otherwise we feed them twice a day and they get two walks everyday morning and night. But I've definitely had a few that have enjoyed sleeping and farting away the day LOL

miloandsparky Many thanks to you for rescuing so many dogs. I plan on following in your footsteps and will adopt rescues from here on. Milo was very timid when we adopted him. Eventually, he came out of his shell and now he thinks he own the joint and US. Give Milo an inch, and he will take a mile. His "dad" spoils him rotten with too many doggie ( top shelf) treats, hence the retched farts 😆!

miloandsparky We actually rescued his Fox Terrier "wife" Sparky from the same organization 3 months prior to adopting Milo. She's also 14 years old. We don't have "skin" babies, just fur babies. I would love to adopt 5 at once, but I think we would need more backyard space to let them roam. Both my husband and I fantasize about winning the PowerBall, buying a ranch with acreage and adopting 15 pups. 😀

jenyfurg @sporcellino - Aw thank you! I'm the same way - love to learn about people! Thankfully I haven't dealt personally, but lost an aunt & uncle (spouses) within 6 years of eachother. My grandma was a survivor for decades, but lost her battle at 81. I had a colostomy (hence shopping for very long-waisted items 😋) due to a rupture, but mines reversible. Most of my friends w/them got it due to cancer or Crohn's. Happy to share & make a new friend!

sporcellino @jenyfurg coincidently I was just reading about Crohn's. I hadn't heard of it in detail before and I am so sorry, it seems like an extraordinarily difficult disease to have....... I have another chronic health issue with my spine and I think until or unless you have dealt with an ongoing issue it's really hard for people to understand what it's like and the effort that has to be made to just keep going with a smile. Meeting people like you definitely helps make the difference!

jenyfurg @sporcellino - Yep - my friend's 18yo son has Crohn's & is in the midst of a severe attack, lost 30lbs &missed his graduation. Mine was triggered by pregnancy w/my daughter. I had Crohn's-like symptoms &they didn't know till post-surgery that I didn't have it (Thanks Lord 🙌🏼!). That's THE MOST pain I'd ever experienced so I have new respect. You poor thing - spine! Yes until one experiences chronic pain they've no idea how life-impairing it can be! I'll def add you to my prayer list!

lt247 Hey! I just posted a new listing for that purple minkoff dress you wanted photo of label. I re-listed it without brand bc after looking at it im actually not sure of its authenticity. Im selling the dress bc I received it as a replacement for an item a seller didn't have that I purchased. It didn't fit me so I immediately relisted it for sale and took it at face value without much inspection or thought.

lt247 I wouldn't want to sell anything I'm uncertain of or be misleading so I'm actually thankful you asked for the label picture so I could pull the dress out and look at it. The size label inside just says 10 and dry clean only. No brand name on that tag. And label at neck line seems off to me. I may just be being overly skeptical since im unsure but I don't want to accidentally tarnish my selling reputation. I'm marking old listing not for sale
