jerlgirl @delacerda Hi, it was mailed in a Priority Mail box. Do you think they might have taken it back to your post office if it wouldn't fit in your box? I can call USPS customer service in the morning. It just seems strange to me that the tracking said it was going to be delayed and then said it was out for delivery. I'm sorry this is happening. I will let you know as soon as I have talked with someone from the post office.

delacerda @jerlgirl Boxes are normally left at my door as they don't fit in the small mail box. If he took it back he should have never said it was delivered. I checked last night as I have a pretty big courtyard. Nothing was left.

jerlgirl @delacerda I talked with the post. They said your package HAS NOT been delivered and didn't know why the message was on the tracking that it was at your house. They have opened a case to find your item. The confirmation # for that case is: CA130869452. They are supposed to call me when they know what is going on, and I will keep you updated as soon as I hear back from them. Again, I hate that this has happened and I will make it right one way or another.

jerlgirl I contacted support for Poshmark again and explained that your package has NOT been delivered. I gave them the case # and asked if they could help with insuring the post handle things quickly. My concern at this point is that you, at the least, get your money refunded. I think you should contact Poshmark again and make sure this is going to happen. 😢
