Silky blue tropical print fabric, medium weight and unlined. Pleated black waistband embellished with beautiful trim and bead work at front waist. Item slips on over-the-head and has elasticized waist. Approximate measurements are 36 inches at bust, 30 inches at waist, up to 51 inches at hips, 57 inches in length.
