I was at target when someone wearing this dress passed by. To our luck she bought from target. Although I rarely get clothing from target I bought it on the spot! The pleats are so cute. The bottom back is pleated too giving it a sassy flare. Looks great with tall high heel boots. Soft, winter weight material. Nice subtle stretch. 37” long 16.5” waist
