I only wore this skirt once because of weight lifting it doesn't fit anymore. This is before H & M changed their sizing. Waist 27" HIp 36", length from top of waistband to edge of hem 16 1/4". Zipper closure with button at waist. Pretty skirt to wear with silver shoes. Excellent condition with no stains/rips/tears. The inside lining in turquoise polyester. Great to travel with because it doesn't wrinkle and needs no ironing. This has been washed.
