The front offers an embroidered floral design and looks just fabulous on! The waistband is elastic and also offers a draw-string tie. It is truly a fabulous skirt and I never got to wear it! I also have the same skirt in white (and will list that soon). It measures 32" long and the waist is 23" wide. It is cotton so it can be washed in your machine and it will need to be ironed.
