This is a full real wrap dress and could be tied in the front or back. There's a lovely waterfall ruffle down the front where the wrap comes together and the flair skirt gives it a flowy look. The color is navy blue with a see through Swiss Dot texture overlay and a full attached slip underneath. Excellent like new condition.
