Can I get the measurement of top opening of boot plz?

@sanfordrose yes, it's 16" around the outside of the boot at the top, but my calf is 15 1/2" and it didn't fit. The measure of the boot as you go down, at the widest part of the calf (instead of under the knee at the top), is about 15"
