Brand New ! This dress is so versatile . The buttons can be left open and used as a cover up. There are side flap wings which can be tied up to create a completely different look or left open to look flowy. The main dress is white and the side wings and central strip with buttons is kinda off white. I sometimes fit a 8 and sometimes 10 so this ended up being a bit loose for me . It's a loose kinda oversized style dress.
