I live in ohio, have an autoimmune disorder, and we've been quarantined since March 1st, so I've been living on my treadmill 🤣

@ngm11 I put on 40 between Feb and July last year... depression => self-quarantine=> 10 lbs => worst depression => 30 more lbs
I have good friends though, and one of them verbally kicked my ass into action
