Vintage Culver Valencia mid century glass sometimes referred to as coctail /water Glass is approximately 5.5" tall and 2.6" wide at the mouth. The glasses hold 10 oz straight. The glasses are embellish 22K gold Moroccan style 3d trellis filigree with green raised diamonds. This pattern was discontinued circa 1962. Founded in Brooklyn NY in 1939 by Irving Rothenberg, Culver Ltd., commonly known as Culver Glass, was an American glass manufacturer. The company is best known for its mid-century designs. Most of its glass patterns featured 22K gold gild. The company stopped producing its gold overlay pieces by the 1980's and was sold to the Moderne Glass Co. in the mid 1990's.
