Long cotton knit jacket. Navy blue, long dolman sleeve, tighter on bottom half of sleeve Small slot in back with a tie. Open front. The tighter you tie it the more blouson it comes Two pockets,one on each side. Brand new, never worn. Removed tags but can’t find.
