MII Sleeveless Blouse

This tan and cream sleeveless blouse has a beautiful flower pattern with a v-neck and collar. I believe the sizing is a size F in Japan. Measurements are 19 inches pit to pit and 23 inches from shoulder to bottom. Most likely it will best fit a size S-M.
