MILLIBON ruffle romper

Romper has 3” thin strap on shoulders and opens to sleeves which is completely open as seen in the picture on me. Color is a plum, soft purple color which is certain lights can look slightly purple brown with large pretty floral pattern. Low v-neck with ruffles, elastic middle which adds lots of stretch. From elastic waist to hem is 13” so a nice length.
