This dress is poly/spandex. Zipper and hook back, two side pockets. There are strings for a belt but there is no belt. Could easily add your own, imagine a right red belt with and shoes. Black and white, A line. Stretchy fabric and the skirt has some texture. Wedding, date, church, office, evening events. Would look great with a flirty sweater.
