MK Espresso Brown Satchel

I have forgotten what style this bag is, and Lord only knows where the original sales tag has gone (not in my collection). But this bag is WELL BUILT! Super thick leather, key still in sleeve, lock only showing minimal scratches, mystery stain on front from one of my kids (any ideas how to get it out?), strap for shoulder use, and POCKETS! (Slight wearing on one handle from lots of loving use) I’m not 100% sure I’m ready to part with this. Offers? Or stain removal ideas?
