Thanks for your interest. I am 5’4” and weigh 118. I usually wear a 2 or a 4. I feel this dress ran just a bit small. The 4 was perfect on me. Dress has not been altered, just a beautiful fit and very well made. I hope this helps.

Pit to pit is 17 across the back flat. Front has darts with ample room for a B or C cup.
Waist is 13.5” flat.
I am between a 2 and a 4 and got the 4 in this. The 2 was tight in the bust area. Hope this helps. Maybe look on line at their size chart.
