This is a super cute MM Couture by Miss me Floral ruffle 1 shoulder mini dress. NWOT SZ S! Is new still has tag holder but tag was pulled off. This is black w/ green/purple/coral flowers. The shoulder is a wrap so can be worn many ways or around the waist even. Skirt has vertical ruffles. Fully lined.
