MM COUTURE by Miss Me .Has lots of color for a beautiful day. Has an elastic backing on top. Fully lined, has inserts in bust, and has the non slip strips on the top to keep it up( seen in photo) Also has hanger holders attached. Colors are black, orangeish red, maroon, blue, and a little yellow. More colors in Polk a dot pattern, black and gold, measured from top of bust to bottom 28" across the bust 14"
