MM Couture Sequins Cocktail Dress S

Gently used in great condition! A slip-on dress that has no stretch to the waistline because of the ribbon belt. Pit to pit has some stretch. Measurements are provided in last two pics. The front skirt has a double fold over sequence layer. Because of the waistline having no stretch I was not able to get this on my mannequin.
