MM Couture by Miss Me mini skirt elastic waist tan orange blue embroidered

This skirt is vintage by MM couture by Miss Me. Elastic waist that expands to 32 inches. Without stretching it the waist is 24 inches. Hits above the knees. Embroidered colors on tan skirt. Skirt is linen but is heavy so doesn’t wrinkle. Cotton liner. I used to wear this with cowboy boots or flip flops Has small white spot which I took a picture of. I had to search for it. Can’t see it but I want to be upfront with it
