M&M Sterling I Blue Valentine Heart Shaped Charm Pendant

In VGUC, a super pretty, old, heart-shaped sterling silver charm/pendant by M&M Sterling. It features a lovely ornate border, with what appears to be a heart-shaped blue sapphire (September birthstone) in the center, with an arrow through it. The face of the sterling heart appears brushed/satin-finished, and the back is shiny & bright. Measures approximately one inch in width & length, as shown. The back of heart shows some scuff marks/wear, visible in photos. Great for a September birthday, a blue Valentine, or just for someone who loves blue & silver. ***NOTE: I don't know if the sapphire is genuine or not.
