In good used condition. Is a double layer top, with a cream thin silky under layer connected underneath so the blue lace is not see through. Perfect for summer or work. Also has cute string ties that tie in back (*it is tiedin a knot as shown in picture) , has cute detailed beading down the middle on the front also. Fits loose for extra small.
