MM6 Maison Martin Margiela Paris Ecru size 37.5(6.5w)run very big size 8w

Authentic brand NWOT except box has the original sticker tag, never worn besides trying on in original box with duster bag MM6 Ecru(light beige) size 37.5= 8 women platform slip in moccasin sneaker. Unfortunately I’m in between sizes and these run big and are too big for me even with a sock. MM6 do not fit according to even their own size guide bc 6.5 should be 7.5w in 37.5 Italian. These are definitely a women’s size 8 bc I’m a true 7.5w. These moccasin platform sneakers can fit so many styles. I don’t even know how to tag except luxury, 90s grunge with a new spin, 70s with the sole material, or even casual surfer beach boho. I’m gen x so idk all of the new fashion terms.
