It is labeled a size 14, but it is best suited to a size 12. Please see the measurements. The waist is probably the most important one to check, because the top and hips are designed to have a looser fit. MEASUREMENTS *Please note, there is NO STRETCH to the fabric* BUST: 40” (with Dolman-style sleeves) WAIST: 30” HIPS: 43” (without pulling on the pleat fabric) LENGTH: 45” There is a slight dark smudge (from pen that has mostly washed out) on the brand tag that isn’t not visible at all while it is being worn.
