smedin01 @mmllcc425 hi! The skirt is about 13 inches across flat and about 27 inches from top to bottom layimg down flat as well. I hope that helps :)

mmllcc425 @smedin01 that does help!! Is the waist band easily stretched or is it a real right elastic that won't stretch comfortably?? The length of perfect I'm concerned the waist may be tight.

smedin01 @mmllcc425 It stretches very confortable. I just stretched it out to measures how long it will stretch and i measured 19 inches. The skirt is very lightweight and soft. Any other questions, please feel free to ask :)
